| Hey guys - make sure you put a valid company name & phone number when you order free samples from AP! The first time I ordered I didn't put either, got no samples. Second time I put all information and got my samples less than a week later. Awesome pens & water bottle! |

| I ordered and received pens from Amsterdam Printing. They are awesome pens. Actually if you keep the total amount under $5.00 you can order as many samples as you like. The pens I received ( 4 of them) are all great. They write well, have my name and address on them and are very stylish. They are my best writing pens. A great free sample. |

| I requested a few free samples and only received a catalogue. When Amsterdam phoned me to see how I liked my samples, I told the lady I didn't receive any, and she said she'd send them right away. That was about 3 months ago. I'm not very happy, I need to place a HUGE order!!! |

| I ordered the pen plus a few other free samples 6 months ago or more and only today got the pen in the mail, but nothing else. The pen is nice and seems to write fine. It took quite awhile to get though and I haven't got anything else from them. |

| You can also recieve the pen on the website. They also let you recieve samples of every other product on their page as long as the item is under five dollars. I hope i recieve my samples, i ordered the pen, a mug, a wine flute and a water bottle. |

| I reordered some things about two weeks ago and got two of the five things in one week. The letter opener wasn't the clour I asked for, but it was still free. Give it another try you might not get every thing you wanted, but I'm sure you'll get something. |

| I got my pen a few weeks ago and last week my pocket calander showed up. They might send every thing on it's own and because so many of us placed orders, it just might take a long time to fill all them. I felt like the rest of you until the calander showed up. Who knows the rest still just might come to. Give it a bit longer. |

| this originally was for 5 free samples from amsterdam printing. i did not order a luster pen but 5 other samples. all i got was one luster pen that is personalized. and it took almost 3 months for it to arrive. so where are the actual samples that i ordered? really not impressed at all with what i got. |

| I would never recommend this company because it was such a waste of time. I requested samples two months ago as said on this site and theirs. They never came. I even recommended Amsterdam to a friend of mine right after who owns a business, because I thought it was so easy to order. But it was so disappointing that they didn't come through. Shortly after they made changes to the methods to order samples but gave no notification via e-mail that my samples would not be received unless I reordered. However since I did place the sample order they continued to spam my e-mail account with ads. |

| A month ago on the site you were able to click on a link to request a sample of their products. Now I see that you have to call customer service. I ordered my sample over a month and a half ago and received nothing. I guess they didn't expect the demand or didn't plan on filling the requests. |
