| Sounds great, but I don't want a rep bothering me either. I know it might seem like personal service, but it's not worth the hassle for a free sample, no matter how large the sample is. |

| I did this a few weeks ago. The service was great but, not informative enough for me. Very few ingredients in the food which is ok, The prices are reasonable but, their web is in French. The Rep called me once, brought 1kg of food for each of my dogs and they asked questions to meet the specific needs of my pets. The dogs loved the food and my big one has sensitive digestion and it didn't bother her. They have a wide selection of food. Over all I found this product pretty good. I also liked the fact that they give you a large enough sample to really test their product thoroughly. |

| I'm not sure the sample will be delivered. I live 225kms. from the nearest distributor . |
