| Has anyone received this sample. I ordered it and it said that it would arrive in 8-12 wks. But to this day, it's never arrived. |

| Worked fine for me the first time. I love this tape, I'm a ballerina and I use it for my pointe shoes. Works great! |

| I finally did get thru today however,I too ran into the java script error then had to back up and resubmit and the reqest went thru Maru7 |
