During the Promotion Period, visit an Old Navy Store and receive a game piece containing a unique code. For United States residents, game pieces will be available on November 23, 2012 (some retailers will have game pieces available starting on November 22, 2012 at 10 p.m.) and for Canadian residents on November 24, 2012 (please see your local Old Navy store hours). Once you have obtained a code, visit www.oldnavy.com/wiiugiveaway and complete and submit the registration form, including the unique code and a valid home address.
