MYSAVINGS FORUMS POSTING REWARDS PROGRAM

SUMMARY OF PROGRAM

MySavings would like to offer its registered users a chance to not only contribute to the savings community, but to be rewarded for doing so.

Now when you post new and original topics in our forum you can earn credit towards receiving free Amazon.com gift cards!  You’ll be able to use your gift card to purchase great items, such as electronics, movies, music, books and more – all from Amazon.com!  These gift cards are electronic, so you will receive them through your e-mail.  Not only will you be providing your fellow community members with great opportunities to get free samples and discounts, but you’ll be earning rewards for doing so. 

REWARDS AND BENCHMARKS

-          25 total new and original topics = $10 Amazon gift card

-          50 total new and original topics = $25 Amazon gift card

-          100 total new and original topics = $50 Amazon gift card

        -      Every 50th original topics after 100 = $40 Amazon gift card

(1)   Registered Users Only: The MySavings Posting Reward program is offered only to registered users of MySavings.com and the MySavings Forum community.

(2)   New and Original Topics with Quality Content: Only new and original topic posts with quality content will count towards receiving a reward.  Although we appreciate all of your posts, you will not receive credit for posts that are replies, such a “thank you” post, or new topics that do not contain an original link to a quality free sample or international offer.

(3)   Valid Forums and Subforums: You may only earn credit for your original new topic posts in the following forums AND their subforums:

Other forums  are excluded and DO NOT COUNT towards your original new topic count for the Posting Rewards Program.

(4)   Maximum Daily Posts: A maximum of 5 original new topic posts per day (per user) will count towards a registered user’s participation in the program.

(5)   Repetition: Reposting content that is already available in the MySavings.com Forums or on the MySavings.com site does not count towards registered user’s participation in the program.  Posting content, deals, coupons, or samples that have already been posted in the MySavings.com forum or anywhere on the MySavings.com site is not new and original content will not count towards participation.

CLAIMING YOUR REWARD

Tracking your Progress:  To estimate how many new and original topics that you have posted, follow the steps below:

1) Click the “Search” icon at the top of the forum page, found between the “Memberlist” and “Help” icons

2) Enter your forum username in the “Search By User Name” box

3) Select “Topics” in the “Display Results As” box

6) Count the number of new and original Topic posts in which your username appears as the “Topic Starter”.

1) Email subject:  Posting Rewards – Reward Claim

2) Your forum username

3) Your original topic count (with the exact number of posts) and the reward level you have reached (25, 50, 100, etc.).

4) You mailing information: Name, Street Address, Apt #, City, State, and Postal Code, and Country

 Please allow up to 7-10 business days to verify the validity of your reward benchmark.  You will be notified via email the result of your request.  If approved, we will send your reward promptly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement "Agreement" is between "You" the "User" and Johnny J Corp. dba/ MYSAVINGS.COM to be referred to as stated in this agreement but not limited to "MySavings" or "We" or “Us”.

Participation in the MySavings.com Posting Rewards program is completely optional.  If you do not wish to participate, or do not agree to the Rules, Guidelines, and Terms and Conditions of the Posting Reward program, simply do not write us a Reward Claim e-mail, and we will not be considered a participant, and will not earn or receive a reward.

Your new and original topic count will be verified by MySavings, and it is at MySaving’s sole discretion to decide which topics and posts do or do not qualify for towards the Posting Rewards Program.  For instance, if you post a product deal, and, by doing a simple internet search (such as on PriceGrabber.com) we can find an equivalent or better price, then we will not consider that a deal and we would not count it towards your new and original topic count.

Suspected fraudulent activity, such as inappropriate or duplicate posting, may lead to a user’s disqualification in the Posting Rewards program and may, ultimately, lead to the cancellation of a registered user’s MySavings.com account.

MySavings reserves the right to update these Rules and Guidelines and Terms and Conditions of the Posting Rewards Program at any time and without notification to participants.  You accept any modification by participating in the Posting Rewards Program after the modifications have become effective.  If You object to any modification, Your sole remedy is not to participate.

MySavings reserves the right to exclude or cancel a registered user’s participation in the Posting Rewards program, at any time, and for an reason that We may see fit, including, but not limited to, suspicion of abuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, not following of forum rules, or inappropriate posting.

Posting Rewards is a limited time program, and MySavings.com reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, and without compensation to those users who have not already qualified and notified us to review their Reward Claim.
