I thought not being logged in was the problom too, but I checked it and I was also I wouldn't be able to make replys if I wasn't logged in, right
You'll see these abbreviations due to the character limit of the topics:
Mail-in rebates = MIR
Money-back Guarantee= MBG
If you aren't logged in you will still be able to reply, but it will show you as being a Guest (and no stars highlighted) which is what your previous post was. The one you did this morning shows you as a Newbie (and one star highlighted), so you are logged in this morning. (I'm looking right under your screenname on the left when you are posting to be able to tell.)

You can also find a section on the MySavings site that has a section just for that - MIR!!
You can make replies on certain topics without being signed in, you
would make the reply as a guest. And the reason why I mentioned signing
in, is because the post you made the other day was as a 'guest' so I
dont think you were signed in.
