| i did not ask for it,but at the hospital with my third child,they gave me the back pack,diaper bag from nestle.it is the best diaper bag ever received,i use it all the time,so if you can apply for it i highly recommand it.mom of three kids under the age of 4... |

| I have attempted to get this "free" cup and coupons for a couple of years. I have tried a few times. My son is almost 3 and I think I have tried to get this like once or twice a year since my wife was pregnant. |

| It wont let me get the coupons because my daughter is too old.they have to be under a year or you could be pregnant. It's a shame because i could use these coupons.... |

| I got all the coupons fine except for the Juicy Juice coupon. When it ask for my user name and password, and I fill it out, It just goes back to asking for it again. Anyone else having this problem? All other coupons worked though!!! |
