| First time I've actually went to get a sample, staff at Bondi was curt and seemed annoyed that I just wanted a sample.. only got 3 small satchet.. not worth the effort, maybe I went on a wrong day. |

| They didnt have the product but i got a few samples. Lady at Tuggerah David Jones said that they are only giving one sample if that now. At this time of the year when xmas shopping starts and competion between stores starts, you would think that they would want to promote their products. |

| The staff of Lancome is very kind. She gave me advice and some free samples that she thought they may help me. I really feel wanna to go back to her if I find the products are good to me later. |

| You need a 15 minute skin consult but this makes sure they give you the right products for your skin. The lady was so nice and gave me 3 beautiful samples. |

| I found it annoying, they make you make another appointment where they see what type of skin you have then give you the samples even though they were free when i went to see their products. |

| I went to Victoria Highpoint Myer on September, the lady was really helpful except taking more than 15 minutes for the skin consultation and samples searching. |
