| Ordered over 3 months ago and company has failed to deliver, now they claim that my dog is no longer a pup. I won't be buying this brand or recommending it. Really dissapointed for wasting my time. |

| Got mine very quickly, within 2 weeks. I recieved a harcover book and a voucher that you fill out to get the free 3kg food. It was for a friend and she was very happy. |

| The book arrived very quickly and is a well presented, if thinly veiled, ad for Eukanuba. It does contain useful training information. The free 3 kg bag is easy to obtain and incredibly generous. |

Ordered nearly 2 MONTHS ago & still not received yet. Emailed company but no reply - pity....
Easy to do but a lot longer coming than they said. Hope it does turn up as be good to try on the dogs. |

i really hope i get this, because its a 3kg bag which is huge.
if you have a cross breed puppy, to they give you a book on one of the breeds that your dog is mixed between or is there a book devoted to mixed bred puppies? |
