| This is how you sign up for the freebies. When you have clicked on the link above you will see that it tells you that you can print a certificate, but to the right there is a blue button that says "REGISTER NOW", you will click on it and then you will sign up like you normally would for any other freebie. Don't say that you will be receiving WIC because you won't receive the freebies if you do. Good Luck! |

| I signed up for this awhile back. If you answer that you receive WIC you won't get anything. I have recently resigned up and answered no to the WIC questions and have gotten several checks and free formula. |

| great deal.in 2 weeks i got 2-12.9 ounce cans of formula free in the mail.plus with it a 'check' for $7 towards buying formula.since then i've gotten 2 more $5 checks + a coupon for a free breastfeeding support kit to give to your childs peditrician.i've been recieving something from them on a weekly basis for 5 weeks now.this is not a gimmick.for real. |
