How To Stay, and Look, Young

The phrases "Growing old gracefully" and "Getting better with age" seemed to get tossed around pretty often these days.  After all, age is something that none of us can escape, and making ourselves feel better about it all is something we’ve all indulged in at least once or twice.

Tip #1: Laugh
